REFUND POLICY

Thank you for visiting our website and utilizing our services.  

Eligibility for Returns

Generally, all sales are final and no refunds are permitted on services or products. No refund shall be granted on products or services not used, as unused. A request for a refund may be entertained by us after 24 hours of our client placing the order if the client can prove that he/she purchased the wrong item.

Templates

All templates on our website are for instant download. If you have paid for and downloaded a resume template on our website, you are no longer entitled to a refund.

By making payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Resume Review/Rewrites

When you order a resume review or resume rewrite service on our website, you have a 24-hour window period where you can cancel the service after which you lose the right to cancel the service.

Exceptions to Refunds:

  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if you have participated in fraudulent activity or activity that violates our terms of service.
  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund when a client orders a resume package and such a client fails to respond to our calls, messages, or emails asking for further information or clarifications, if this persists for 30 days after the client placed the order, such a client will be deemed to have waived the right to a refund.
  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if you have used our services in the past and received a refund from us already before. In other words, if you’ve received a refund from us in the past, you aren’t entitled to one again.
  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if you have issued a chargeback for your order without notifying us of your refund request if some version of your new job documents has already been delivered to you.
  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if you use any one of our discount codes to get a discount on your purchase.
  • We will not be obligated to provide a refund if you have already received any digital assets. This includes, but is not limited to, templates, a revised resume, or a rewritten resume. 

Procedure for Refunds

To request a refund, you can contact us at morgan@resumeofficial.com. Please note that refunds will need to be pre-approved. Kindly send an email to us with your order confirmation number. Once your request has been received and passes the eligibility test, you will receive your payment with the same payment method with which you paid on our website within 3 weeks of your request for a refund.

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Resume Official makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.

We do not guarantee interviews or job offers from resume packages.  Clients should use all means necessary in securing employment (job search, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, business meetings, etc.).

We reserve the right to not continue work with a client for whatever reason we choose. These reasons include, but are not limited to, a belief that the client has already received the product or service they paid for. 

Resume Official will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts, or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

  • will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts, or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:
  • for any indirect, special, or consequential loss; or
  • for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
