Subscription Policy
This Service Subscription contract is between resumeofficial.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the subscriber set forth on the applicable service order (“subscriber” “you”). It outlines the terms and conditions by which the subscriber or its affiliates would be allowed to use and have access to our services which are applicable to it as set forth below. The subscriber is only permitted to use our services for the purposes outlined below. The Subscriber agrees that he or she has reviewed the terms of this contract and concluded that our services are capable of satisfying his needs. Both parties agree as follows:
Activation of the Contract: The subscriber activates the subscription plan by filling of the internal form on our website.
Our Services and Subscription fees: The Services which we offer to you are as follows:
Resume templates – $15
Resume reviews – $45
Resume rewrites – sliding scale based on experience years – $100 – $300
you can make purchases by simply adding to cart and checking out by payment with your preferred debit/credit Visa, MasterCard or PayPal card.
Our Payment plans: Parties agree that in consideration of our services, we will be entitled to payment hereafter referred to as “fees”. The Subscriber agrees to pay our fees before access to our services is given to him or her. If a subscriber fails to pay the subscription fees, access to our services will be terminated and the subscription agreement will be rescinded.
Access: Subscribers get access to our services by making purchases directly on our websites. Subscribers will fill out the internal form on our website and upload their data. Subscribers can only access the service plan which they sign up for.
Restriction: A subscriber can only use our services exclusively for authorized purposes. A subscriber agrees not to engage in the unauthorized sharing of our products with others whether or not for commercial purposes. Our templates, reviews, and rewrites are solely for the particular subscriber for whom it is written.
Rights and Obligation: We will ensure that our subscribers get timely access to our services within the period of subscription. The subscribers obligate to ensure prompt payment of the subscription fees. The Subscriber has the responsibility of informing us of any changes to his or her data.
Liability for Damages: We are exempted from any liability for Damages caused to the subscriber directly or indirectly by the use of our services during the subscription period or due to the subscription agreement. We shall have no liability for any damages arising from the subscriber supplying information that is inaccurate during registration or failure of the subscriber to update his or her information with us.
Confidentiality: Without the consent of the subscriber, we will not disclose any information about a subscriber subject to certain exceptions.
Warranties: Each party represents and warrants to the other that this agreement has been duly executed by a representative authorized to do so and constitutes a valid and binding contract enforceable against such party.
Suspension: A subscriber’s access to our services will be suspended in the following instances:
- Where a subscriber fails to pay promptly for the services subscribed for.
- Where a subscriber uses any content from our site for commercial use.
- Where a subscriber is rude, malicious, or verbally abusive when contacting us
- Where a subscriber is non-responsive or does not send their data or does not respond to follow-up messages
Termination: Generally, this contract subsists until when resume official has delivered all the services purchased by the subscriber, however, if the customer breaches any of our terms and conditions, privacy policy, and subscription policy, we may unilaterally terminate his services. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend this contract if there is a change in applicable laws, circumstances of service, change in the fees or introduction of new services.
Modification to Terms: Resumeofficial.com reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Service at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes which arise shall be resolved by Negotiation and then Arbitration. The governing law and courts which would have jurisdiction in case of a dispute are the law and courts of the state of Ohio, the United States of America respectively.
Intellectual Property Ownership: We and our licensors, where applicable shall own all rights, titles, and interests, including all related Intellectual Property Rights, in and to our Technology, the Content, and the Service, and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by you or any other party relating to the Service. This Agreement is not a sale and does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Service, the resumeofficial.com Technology, or, the Intellectual Property Rights owned by resumeofficial.com. The resumeofficial.com name, the resumeofficial.com logo.
Resumeofficial.com provides the Service to you pursuant to the terms and conditions on our website.
