Subscription Policy

This Service Subscription contract is between resumeofficial.com ("we," "us," "our") and the subscriber set forth on the applicable service order ("subscriber," "you"). It outlines the terms and conditions by which the subscriber or its affiliates would be allowed to use and have access to our services which are applicable to it as set forth below. The subscriber is only permitted to use our services for the purposes outlined below. The subscriber agrees that he or she has reviewed the terms of this contract and concluded that our services are capable of satisfying his needs. Both parties agree as follows:

Activation of the Contract

The subscriber activates the plan by filling out the internal form on our website.

Our Services and Fees

The services which we offer to you are as follows:

Resume Review – $119 (optional add-on: work directly with Morgan 1:1, +$99)
Resume Rewrite – sliding scale based on experience level: Entry Level $300, Mid Level $400, Senior Level $500 (optional add-ons: work directly with Morgan 1:1 +$150, cover letter +30%, additional resume +30%, two additional resumes +50%, 3-day turnaround +35%)
LinkedIn Audit – $99 (optional add-on: work directly with Morgan 1:1, +$99)
Career Counseling – $149 (optional add-on: work directly with Morgan 1:1, +$99)
Interview Coaching – three tiers: Essentials $150, Accelerator $275, Master $400

Booking two services together takes 5% off, three or more takes 10% off, automatically applied at checkout. You can make purchases by adding to cart and checking out with your preferred debit/credit Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal card.

Our free Resume Audit, 10-Day Resume Challenge, and course-based offerings are hosted and purchased through third-party platforms (Mailchimp, Komi, and Kajabi respectively) rather than through resumeofficial.com directly, and are governed by those platforms' own terms and payment policies.

Our Payment Plans

Parties agree that in consideration of our services, we will be entitled to payment, hereafter referred to as "fees." The subscriber agrees to pay our fees before access to our services is given to him or her. If a subscriber fails to pay the fees, access to our services will be terminated and the agreement will be rescinded.

Access

Subscribers get access to our services by making purchases directly on our website. Subscribers will fill out the internal form on our website and upload their data. Subscribers can only access the service they signed up for.

Restriction

A subscriber can only use our services exclusively for authorized purposes. A subscriber agrees not to engage in the unauthorized sharing of our products with others, whether or not for commercial purposes. Our templates, reviews, and rewrites are solely for the particular subscriber for whom they are written.

Rights and Obligations

We will ensure that our subscribers get timely access to our services within the period of the agreement. The subscriber is obligated to ensure prompt payment of fees. The subscriber has the responsibility of informing us of any changes to their data.

Liability for Damages

We are exempted from any liability for damages caused to the subscriber directly or indirectly by the use of our services or due to this agreement. We shall have no liability for any damages arising from the subscriber supplying inaccurate information during registration or failure to update their information with us.

Confidentiality

Without the consent of the subscriber, we will not disclose any information about a subscriber, subject to certain exceptions.

Warranties

Each party represents and warrants to the other that this agreement has been duly executed by a representative authorized to do so and constitutes a valid and binding contract enforceable against such party.

Suspension

A subscriber's access to our services will be suspended in the following instances:

Where a subscriber fails to pay promptly for the services subscribed for.
Where a subscriber uses any content from our site for commercial use.
Where a subscriber is rude, malicious, or verbally abusive when contacting us.
Where a subscriber is non-responsive, does not send their data, or does not respond to follow-up messages.

Termination (restored, missing on staging)

Generally, this contract subsists until Resume Official has delivered all the services purchased by the subscriber. However, if the customer breaches any of our terms and conditions, privacy policy, or this policy, we may unilaterally terminate their services. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend this contract if there is a change in applicable laws, circumstances of service, fees, or the introduction of new services.

Modification to Terms

Resumeofficial.com reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement or its related policies at any time, effective upon posting an updated version on the website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your consent to those changes.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes which arise shall be resolved by negotiation and then arbitration. The governing law and courts which would have jurisdiction are the law and courts of the state of Ohio, United States.

Intellectual Property Ownership

We and our licensors, where applicable, own all rights, titles, and interests, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to our technology, content, and service, and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, or other information provided by you relating to the service. This agreement is not a sale and does not convey to you any rights of ownership in the service, the Resumeofficial.com technology, or Resumeofficial.com's intellectual property, including the Resumeofficial.com name and logo.

Resumeofficial.com provides the service to you pursuant to the terms and conditions on our website.
